Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Angles version (in Settings → About), what you tried, and the exact error message. A screenshot can help—please hide personal details first.

Clips & saving
My clip won’t import or process
Use a video up to 30 seconds long. If it’s stored in iCloud Photos, make sure it can play on your iPhone first. The on-device release finds photos locally. Account access and purchase checks still need a connection. Check Settings → Plan & clip credits for your current plan and credit balance.
If an error persists, note its wording and contact us before repeatedly retrying. Don’t delete the app as a first troubleshooting step: your source videos and library files are stored on your device, not backed up as a cloud library.
Camera or saving to Photos isn’t working
In your iPhone’s Settings → Apps → Angles, review the camera and Photos permissions available for the app. Allow the access needed for the action you’re trying, then reopen Angles and try again. Check that your iPhone has free storage.
In Angles, Settings → Camera & saving → Save recordings to Photos controls copies of recordings. To keep your selected photos, use the save or share controls on your results.
The suggested photos aren’t the ones I wanted
Try a short clip with good light and a clear view of your face. “Pick for me” gives you photos to keep or skip; “Let me choose” lets you explore suggested moments and choose the exact frames. AI-assisted selections may not always match your taste.
Plans & clip credits
Purchases
Restore purchases
For a missing subscription, make sure your iPhone is using the Apple Account that made the purchase. In Angles, open Settings → Plan & clip credits → Restore purchases. If access is still missing, send support the error message. Restoring a purchase does not restore videos or photos deleted from your device.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Angles to manage or cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting Angles or your Angles account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
Billing, refunds, and available plans
Apple processes App Store payments and handles refund requests. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com; Angles cannot issue refunds directly. Current pricing, plan features, and available clip credits are shown in the app. See our Terms of Service for billing terms.
Your data, your choices
Account & privacy
Having trouble signing in?
Check your connection and use the same supported sign-in method—Apple, Google, or phone—you used to create your Angles account. If you still can’t get in, contact support with the sign-in method and error message, not your password or verification codes.
Delete account
In Angles, open Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm with Delete. Completed deletion is irreversible: it removes ordinary account-linked server data and clears that account’s local files on this device. Limited fraud-prevention and erasure records, provider records, and outside copies follow the retention rules in our Privacy Policy. Follow any retry or Apple revocation instructions if a step cannot finish. Save anything you want to keep outside Angles first.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@yourbestangles.com. Cancel any Apple subscription separately using the steps above.
On-device processing and earlier cloud use
The on-device release selects photos, uses local caption templates, and applies adjustments and filters without sending your images to a model provider. Cloud ranking, AI captions, and AI Enhance are unavailable, including for earlier grants or settings.
Account, purchase, metadata, and diagnostic services still use the network. Earlier cloud results may still be downloaded or managed; that does not start new AI work. Angles is not a cloud library backup. See our Privacy Policy for historical processing, deletion, retention, and your rights.
